Shantara joined IPF in October 2025. Prior to joining IPF, she led strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and program initiatives across diverse federal and nonprofit organizations. Shantara holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership. She is passionate about equity, access, and using communication as a tool for social justice.
