Jaime joined the Innocence Project of Florida in March 2025 as a Clinical Social Worker, supporting the transition services department. She first became involved with IPF as an intake intern in 2021. Jaime brings a range of experience, including reentry care through her work with a trauma-informed reentry program with Florida State University, community outreach efforts raising awareness and education about memory disorders, and providing support to individuals and families impacted by cognitive decline.
She earned both her bachelor’s degree in Criminology and her master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University.
In her free time, Jaime enjoys traveling with her husband, searching for the best local coffee spots, and spending time with her pets.
